We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support clinical and administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care while helping ensure smooth day-to-day workflow for providers and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
  • Record and update patient information accurately in the electronic health record
  • Measure and document vital signs and other basic clinical information as directed
  • Assist providers during patient visits and minor procedures
  • Support scheduling, patient check-in, and follow-up communications
  • Answer phones, route messages, and provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors
  • Maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam rooms and clinical work areas
  • Handle routine administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing forms
  • Adhere to safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the care team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a medical assistant training program or relevant experience preferred
  • Certification or registration as a medical assistant may be preferred or required depending on location
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and patient confidentiality
  • Comfort using computers and electronic health record systems
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working in a clinic, physician office, urgent care, or other healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of front office and back office clinical workflows
  • A patient-centered approach with a calm and supportive demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
