Inventory Clerk - E-Commerce

The Inventory Clerk - E-Commerce plays a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records for an online retail business. This position requires regular physical activity such as lifting and moving items, and frequent walking and standing in the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Adobe Commerce, and will collaborate with a medium-sized team to ensure stock levels meet customer demand efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Track and update inventory levels using proprietary software and manual tracking methods
• Replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory for e-commerce sales
• Perform data entry to ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
• Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• Organize warehouse to maximize space and efficiency
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust records accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Adobe Commerce
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, and standing frequently
• Proficiency in inventory tracking using proprietary software and spreadsheets
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a medium-sized team (6-15 members)
