Salary: $48,000-$55,000

What You’ll Do  

• Build and maintain relationships with retail accounts, restaurant groups, and hospitality partners through phone and email communication  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and follow-up tasks within the CRM system 
• Support Account Managers by coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, and assisting with qualified customer opportunities 
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding order status, product availability, and general account support inquiries 
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate customer information and a smooth transition of new business opportunities 
• Assist with onboarding new customer accounts by gathering account details and coordinating initial setup requirements 
• Monitor customer communication and follow-up timelines to help maintain strong account engagement and service levels 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree  
• 1 + years experience in a corporate role preferred 
• Strong organization and attention to detail  
• Proficient math and problem-solving skills  
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude
