Cleaning Technicians needed in Tuscaloosa

Job Description:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff hard or carpeted floors using industrial machines.
Disinfect and scrub restroom fixtures, sinks, countertops, and mirrors.
Dust furniture, polish fixtures, and wipe down partitions, walls, and glass doors.
Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport to central disposal areas.
Replenish breakroom and restroom consumables, including paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Secure the facility, lock doors, and report any potential maintenance or repair issues to management.
Occasionally perform deep cleaning tasks such as window washing, floor stripping/waxing, or carpet shampooing.

Ideal candidate:
Experience in the cleaning commercial business

Some mechanical understanding
Quick learner
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
Equipment Knowledge: Competence in safely using and maintaining commercial-grade cleaning tools (e.g., buffers, vacuums) and chemical agents.
Detail-Oriented: A strong eye for detail and self-motivation to adhere to strict building checklists and health and safety protocols.
Reliability: Strong time-management skills to ensure shifts are completed efficiently without disrupting the client’s business hours.

Pay is $15/hr
