We are looking for General workers, Material handler, and Machine Operators for both Days and Nights with NEWLY INCREASED WAGES!
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20.50 – $25.00/hour
- Shift: 12-hour shifts
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($1.50 differential)
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect label rolls for print, die-cut, and seam quality throughout the finishing process
- Remove defective material and perform web splicing per specification
- Operate finishing processes including jogging, cutting, and rewinding
- Use tools such as ruler, safety knife, and hole punch for splicing and adjustments
- Handle rolls and palletize finished product to prevent damage
- Identify and understand common printing and finishing defects
- Accurately complete production documentation and enter data into Globetek
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for counts and conversions
- Ability to work with standard U.S. units (weight, volume, distance)
- Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
- Prior manufacturing or printing experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shift
- Frequent use of hands for handling materials and tools
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing
- Visual ability including close, distance, and color vision
