Warehouse Supervisor- Bilingual in Spanish

Our client, a leading logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor- Bilingual in Spanish to join their team.  As a Warehouse Supervisor- Bilingual in Spanish, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting high-volume e-commerce fulfillment and relabeling operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor- Bilingual in Spanish

Location: Chester, NY

Pay Range: $28.00-$29.00/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
 

What's the Job?

• Lead hourly associates across pick, pack, ship, prep, relabeling, and outbound staging functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute daily labor plans to meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with relabeling, barcode application, packaging, and customer or marketplace requirements.
• Verify SKU accuracy, label placement, scannability, and packaging integrity to prevent errors and chargebacks.
• Support safety protocols, enforce standard work, and facilitate rapid onboarding of seasonal staff.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and conveyor systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, rate-driven environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
