1st Shift
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
3rd Shift
Monday – Thursday
7:30 PM – 6:30 AM
What You'll Do
As an Aluminum Welder, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet exact specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Performing aluminum GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding
- Producing welds that meet quality standards and production schedules
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and acceptance criteria
- Preparing materials and completing fit-up and setup activities
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure compliance with AWS and ASME standards
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
- Using proper PPE and supporting a culture of excellence and accountability
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Aluminum TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding
- Ability to weld material thicknesses from 0.125" to 0.50"
- Experience welding in 1G, 2G, and 3G positions
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of AWS D1.2 Aluminum Welding Code
- Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
Preferred
- 4+ years of aluminum welding experience

- Background investigation required
- No felony convictions accepted, due to the nature of the business
- Drug-free workplace
- Pre-employment drug screening required
