Available Shifts

1st Shift
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

3rd Shift
Monday – Thursday
7:30 PM – 6:30 AM 

What You'll Do

As an Aluminum Welder, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet exact specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Performing aluminum GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding
• Producing welds that meet quality standards and production schedules
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and acceptance criteria
• Preparing materials and completing fit-up and setup activities
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure compliance with AWS and ASME standards
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
• Using proper PPE and supporting a culture of excellence and accountability

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Aluminum TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding
• Ability to weld material thicknesses from 0.125" to 0.50"
• Experience welding in 1G, 2G, and 3G positions
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of AWS D1.2 Aluminum Welding Code
• Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship

Preferred

• 4+ years of aluminum welding experience
