Job Posting: Assistant Superintendent

Location: Houston, TX (Travel Required in Houston Area and Throughout Texas, Depending on the Project)
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
Benefits: Health benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency on job sites.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide support for any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain daily logs and reports on construction activities.
• Assist with site inspections and coordinate with inspectors as needed.
• Travel within the Houston area and throughout Texas, depending on project requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to travel as needed throughout Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
• Health benefits available after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
