Job DescriptionCompany Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for a CNC Machinist in Rockdale, Texas. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan machining operation by reviewing blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and machining parameters
- Machine materials to customer specifications
- Program machines
- Change tooling, setup machines, transfer commands to CNC modules
- operate CNC machines, and insert control instructions
- Review program specifications to set machine parameters
- Modify cutting programs
- Control coolant systems and maintain machines
- Clean machines
- Perform manual machining on manual lathes, drill presses, and mills
Experience Needed:
- At least 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Must have CNC programming experience
- Apprenticeship or technical degree in CNC Machining is preferred
