Coordinator - Production

Assist with the scheduling of production orders, and printing and distribution of production schedules.Maintain and update documents including but not limited to NESHAP, SDS/MSDS, JHA, product installation instructions, continuous improvement documentation, etc.Perform inventory transactions such as entering transactions, rejecting parts, maintain inventory counts on a monthly basis and update records accordingly, etc.Manage the safety, quality, delivery, and cost boards to ensure accuracy of information.Schedule hot parts and ensure completion in a timely manner.Cross-train in the inventory control position which includes material receipts and cycle counts.Assist with HR responsibilities by coordinating plant-wide events and employee communications.Perform other duties as may be assigned at managements discretion.
