Regional Plumbing Technician - Floating Role in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area
$40-$49/hr + Company Vehicle + Full-Time Stability

What You'll Be Doing
As a Regional Plumbing Technician, you'll act as the plumbing expert across a portfolio of Bay
Area communities, handling a mix of complex repairs, diagnostics, and preventative work.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems including water supply, DWV, fixtures,
valves, and water heaters
Diagnose recurring issues and resolve root causes
Carry out leak detection, drain clearing, and system repairs
Complete preventative inspections and identify risks early
Respond to urgent issues and help minimise water damage
Support and guide other technicians when needed
How the Role Works
Travel between properties throughout the day
Company vehicle provided for all work travel
Established processes and systems in place so you can focus on the job itself
What You Need
4+ years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with residential or multi-family systems
Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
Ability to frequently lift, grasp, and carry materials and equipment up to 50 lbs, and
perform prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling,
crouching, and lifting
Ability to work inside and outside in all types of weather
Service team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own
Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
Desirable:
Trade School certificate/diploma
Journeyman Plumber license (where applicable)
Backflow certification
Multi-family or high-density residential plumbing experience
Experience leading or mentoring maintenance team members
