About the Role
We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented Production Support team members to join Microflex Technologies Inc., a member of the Columbia Holdings, Inc., family of companies.
As customer demand continues to grow, Microflex is expanding its manufacturing operations and investing in additional production capacity. Production Support employees play a critical role in ensuring materials and products move efficiently through manufacturing processes while maintaining the quality, traceability, and precision our customers expect.

What You'll Do
  • Load products onto racks, fixtures, carriers, and processing equipment in accordance with established work instructions.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, lot information, and product identification requirements.
  • Support electropolish, passivation, cleaning, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Safely load, unload, transfer, and track materials throughout production operations.
  • Maintain product traceability and documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Perform visual checks of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Accurately complete production records, travelers, and required system transactions.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures, contamination control requirements, and PPE protocols.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to support customer delivery requirements and operational goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production-related information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
  • One (1) to two (2) years of manufacturing, production support, assembly, material handling, or related experience.
  • Experience working in cleanroom, aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with lot traceability, production documentation, or manufacturing quality requirements.
  • Experience supporting electropolish, passivation, cleaning, packaging, or similar manufacturing processes.
Shift Assignment
  • This position is currently assigned to First Shift. As business needs evolve, employees may be reassigned to different shifts, schedules, or work assignments in accordance with operational requirements.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with production equipment, tooling, and precision measuring instruments. Employees may be required to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands.
