CNC Mill Machinist

The CNC Mill Machinist will produce precision metal components ranging from small parts to large-scale manufacturing pieces. Working within a small team, the machinist will be responsible for machine setup, interpreting blueprints, and performing maintenance or troubleshooting as needed to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $35-40 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Type: Direct-Hire / Full-Time Employment

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines (Haas & Okuma)
• Read and interpret blueprints for component specifications
• Produce small to large metal parts with precision
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining (job shop experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CNC machine operation
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
