Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work alongside teachers, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ physical needs
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student
- Document and monitor progress, adapting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into daily learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to support student success
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for implementing therapy strategies outside of sessions
