Staff Accountant (Contract)

Location: Cranberry Township, PA (On-site) Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible start 7:00-9:00 AM) Pay Rate: $29 DOE.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support a small team during a high-volume period. This role will focus on day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle AP, AR, and general ledger activities
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Help organize workflows and clear backlog
Qualifications
  • Accountant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail
Nice to Have: ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
