Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for practice in educational settings
- Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
- Ability to provide comprehensive therapy services both individually and in groups
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Deliver direct therapy and monitor student outcomes, adapting approaches as needed
- Complete thorough documentation and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
