School Physical Therapist | Fall River, Massachusetts

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
• Collaborative approach, excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students based on IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and contribute insight to interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
• Document sessions, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Educate staff and families about strategies to help students maximize functional mobility and participation
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and serve as a resource for physical development concerns
