Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract assignment runs from ASAP until August 7th, with the strong possibility for renewal. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
- Collaborative approach, excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students based on IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and contribute insight to interdisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Document sessions, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Educate staff and families about strategies to help students maximize functional mobility and participation
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and serve as a resource for physical development concerns
