Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school documentation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ physical and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to help students achieve academic and mobility goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and family members
• Complete thorough and timely documentation as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance on student needs and accommodations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
