Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in schools or pediatrics strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP process and ability to document progress toward goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse learning and physical needs
- Familiar with current best practices in school OT services
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students, targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings; maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in both individual and group settings
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in school activities
- Utilize a variety of therapy tools and evidence-based strategies
