Special Education Teacher in Gettysburg, PA

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Experience adapting curriculum for learners with a range of needs

Role Highlights:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to special education students
• Participate in a staff inservice on July 7, 2026
• Teach ESY students onsite from July 8 through July 30, 2026 (Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-11:45am)
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to support student goals and classroom routines
• Assess student progress and document growth
• Potential to extend into the following 2026/2027 school year (with standard school-year hours of 7:45am-3:15pm)
• Foster a supportive learning atmosphere and help every student thrive
