General Laborer/Floater

Job Title: General Laborer / Floater | WEEKLY PAY

Job Description

This role supports the production floor by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, including cleaning, washing electronic products, packaging, and general labor. You will move between different stations as needed, handle heavy lifting, and work in a fast-paced environment where you help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Clean cash drawers and other assigned components with attention to detail and safety.
• Wash and handle electronic products carefully, following established procedures.
• Perform packaging tasks, including assembling boxes, packing products, and preparing items for shipment.
• Support general production activities such as assembly, picking, and loading materials or products.
• Move between multiple roles and stations on the production floor as needed to support workflow.
• Lift, carry, and move heavy objects safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Learn new tasks and processes as assigned and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete daily production goals.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a production environment.
• Capability to handle packing, assembly, cleaning, picking, and loading duties.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different roles on the production floor.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and repeatedly.
• Comfort working in a hands-on role where you may get dirty.
• Reliability and strong work ethic to support daily production needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Interest in working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail when handling electronic products and components.

Work Environment

You will work in a state-of-the-art, brand-new facility designed to support efficient and safe production operations. This is a first-shift position with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role is physically active and involves heavy lifting, moving between different workstations, and performing tasks that may cause you to get dirty. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the production floor.

This is a Contract position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
