Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Skills

- Familiarity with IEP development and case management responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain accurate student records in accordance with compliance regulations
- Collaboratively create, monitor, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other educators to support ongoing student success
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school staff meetings as required
