Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students, addressing mobility, motor skills, and adaptive needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop, review, and update IEPs
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families to support student achievement
- Document interventions, outcomes, and progress according to school and state guidelines
- Support inclusion and functional participation of students in school activities
