Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students, addressing mobility, motor skills, and adaptive needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop, review, and update IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families to support student achievement
• Document interventions, outcomes, and progress according to school and state guidelines
• Support inclusion and functional participation of students in school activities
