Carpenter - Residential Remodeling

Pay: $20-$30/hr (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Our Construction Client is growing and looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential remodeling, home repairs, and renovation projects, and we need someone who can jump in, work independently, and deliver quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential remodeling tasks including framing, trim, drywall, flooring, and general carpentry repairs.
• Diagnose issues in older homes and complete structural or cosmetic fixes safely and accurately.
• Work independently or with a small crew to complete projects on time with high-quality workmanship.

• Strong carpentry skills across framing, finish work, and residential remodeling.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing jobsite needs.
• Solid communication and teamwork with homeowners, supervisors, and crew members.

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Work on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and carry materials throughout the day.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all seasons.

Equipment & Tools

• Use of hand tools (hammers, levels, squares, tape measures).
• Use of power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, sanders).
• Ladders, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment.
• Must have your own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, utility knife, square, drill).
• Company provides larger power tools and specialty equipment.
