Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in invoice processing, ERP voucher creation, and vendor payment execution and a proven ability to resolve discrepancies, ensure payment accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding shipments, payments, and discrepancies.
• Monitor the AP inbox and collect vendor invoices received via email and mail.
• Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Code and process invoices to appropriate G/L accounts, departments, and projects.
• Create and post vouchers within the ERP system.
• Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing, receiving, and internal stakeholders.
• Generate vendor payments including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with ERP systems for AP processing and voucher creation.
• Knowledge of three-way match, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
• Ability to code invoices to G/L accounts, departments, and projects.
• Experience executing payments via ACH, wire, and checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience level: 2+ years in accounts payable or related accounting roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large-scale ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with AP automation tools and electronic invoicing.
