Companion Care Needed

I'm having a cosmetic procedure and I need a post surgical care provider with experience. My concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Dressing, Doctors appointment, Medication Prompting. I need someone who has the equipment to measure vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, and temperature) . Some help needed with showering. I will have a nurse for the first 24 hours, and just need full time assistance for 2 days, then part time assistance for 5 days after. Also, please be comfortable helping with pets (I have 5). I'll want to move as much as possible, but still may need help with these little critters.
