Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for some extra hands-on caregivers for my grandmother in her 90s, on hospice and bed bound, and my grandfather 95yrs old, who is also on hospice, but not bed bound. Some light tidying up is involved. Responsibilities include meal preparation and feeding, taking grandpa to toilet and changing grandma in bed, providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. We have 3 caregivers now working on shifts, but I need some backups in case they are unable to make it. We are trying to create a very calm and nurturing environment for their final chapter on this earth.
