Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are a warm, welcoming family seeking a dependable and organized Family Assistant/Nanny to help support our household and care for our two children (ages 3 and 5). Open to full time or part time hours but need care from 2:30-6 p.m. weekdays at a minimum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both childcare and helping a home run smoothly. We're looking for a kind, proactive person who can become a trusted part of our family's routine. We are hoping to find someone with a semi-flexible schedule, as our needs may vary somewhat week to week. We are also happy to wait for the right fit rather than rush the process.
