- Preferred: 1+ Years of experience in a comparable position \n
Required Certification/License/Registry:
\nCertified Radiologic Technologist in the State of Florida & ARRT

Responsibilities\nJob Summary:
\n- \n
- Perform CT simulations for patients that will be starting radiation therapy. \n
- Follow a physician's order to complete the simulation as directed. \n
- Fabricate immobilization devices for patients that will be used during treatments. \n
- Assist physicians/staff during CT procedures. \n
- Ensure proper patient care during Simulation procedures. \n
- Coordinate with treatment machines/infusion to schedule patients to begin radiation treatments. \n
Patient Care/Procedures:

- Effectively communicate to patient and family on the procedure and what to expect. \n
- Act as a liaison between physicians, physics, dosimetry, therapists, and nursing staff regarding CT simulations. \n
- Arrange transportation as needed for CT simulations for inpatients \n
