Job Description
As a Cleaning Room Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring precision-manufactured components meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and performance. Your work directly supports mission-critical industries where contamination control, accuracy, and compliance are non-negotiable. Every cleaned, inspected, and packaged part you handle helps ensure product reliability in highly regulated environments.
What You’ll Do Day-to-DayIn this hands-on cleanroom role, you will:
Operate cleaning systems using degreasers, alkaline solutions, and acid tanks while maintaining strict contamination control standards
Rinse, blow-dry, hand-wipe, and perform final inspections on precision components
Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and “copy-exact” process travelers with zero deviation
Inspect assemblies for quality compliance and document any defects or process issues
Wear and maintain full cleanroom PPE including gowns, gloves, eye protection, and respirators as required
Label, vacuum-seal, and package finished parts according to exact specifications
Support production flow through material handling, packaging, inspection, and light data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment
Ensure daily production goals and schedules are met efficiently and safely
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
Strong ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and process documentation
Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with strict procedural compliance
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs with assistance
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Must meet ITAR and FAA compliance requirements
Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing/cleanroom experience
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
