**Join Our Team as a Registered CT Tech (Radiology)!** \n\n**Job Description:** \n- Are you a passionate and skilled CT Tech looking to make a difference in patient care? \n- Join a dynamic team where your expertise and compassion will shine! \n\n**Key Responsibilities:** \n- Execute radiographic CT examinations for diagnostic interpretation. \n- Maintain high standards of radiation protection and professional judgment. \n- Perform diagnostic medical radiography/sonography in various areas. \n- Keep comprehensive patient records and files to ensure continuity of care. \n- Lead departmental quality assurance initiatives and pursue ongoing education. \n- Assist in transferring patients to and from radiology with care. \n- Assume departmental responsibilities in the absence of a supervisor. \n- Rotate shifts as required—flexibility is key! \n- Engage in ancillary duties as requested and maintain department hygiene. \n- Be prepared to take on call duties and respond to work within 20 minutes. \n- Explore opportunities to learn other imaging modalities as needed. \n- Display competency in ancillary modalities and perform other assigned duties.\n\n**CT/Interventional Duties:** \n- Care for equipment within this area and maintain meticulous records. \n- Assist with invasive procedures; strong knowledge is a must. \n- Engage actively in the preparation of procedures and consult with referring physicians. \n- Strive for excellence in venipuncture efforts. \n- Modify routine protocols for quality care in pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients. \n- Set up and effectively run automatic contrast injectors with knowledge of contraindications. \n- Maintain competency in tele-radiology transmission and sterile techniques. \n- Take part in supply inventory management and ordering. \n- Conduct daily and weekly quality control checks.\n\n**Lead Technologist Responsibilities:** \n- Collaborate closely with the Imaging Manager and Director to achieve organizational goals. \n- Review, edit, and validate PACS for accurate image labeling. \n- Organize workflow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. \n- Address staff concerns swiftly and help identify operational challenges. \n- Play a vital role in the hiring process and coordination of new staff orientation. \n- Serve as an expert resource for staff inquiries related to clinical or technical aspects. \n\n**Qualifications:** \n- Current ARRT in CT certification required. \n- Minimum 2 years experience in performing all diagnostic exams relevant to assigned modality. \n- BLS/BCLS certification needed. \n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
