Undergraduate Student Proctor (Work Study Position) - Part-time

Position Summary

The Undergraduate Testing Center Proctor supports the daily operations of the Testing Center by assisting with exam preparation, proctoring, and maintaining a secure and organized testing environment. This role ensures that students are supported throughout the testing process and that exams are handled in accordance with Testing Center Procedures.

The Undergraduate student proctor will:

• Assist with preparing and organizing exam materials, including assembling exam envelopes
• Monitor testing rooms and cameras systems to uphold academic integrity
• Provide timely updates, clarifications, and corrections to students during testing sessions
• Clean testing rooms after students have completed testing for the day
• Distribute completed exam materials to faculty or teaching assistants upon arrival for pickup
• Deliver exams to faculty approved for accommodations through the Office of Equity, as needed
• Assist with scribing and/or reading exam for students when required

Hourly Rate: $12.22
