Position Summary: 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to dry and wet mopping surfaces, high and low dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning/extraction, cleaning walls, lights, vents, elevators, escalators, polishing, gum removal from surfaces, power washing, windows, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to the disposal area.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Team members communicate responsibly and effectively by radio to answer service calls and to make service calls to other departments.
• Responding to and handling biohazard calls
• Ability to operate various floor care equipment and maintain equipment
•  Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if an accident/incident does occur while performing work related duties to a guest or self.
• Proper use of chemicals, including dispensing, labeling and following chemical guidelines. Other duties may be assigned.
