X-Ray Technologist

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week evening shift assignment. The technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Responsibilities include accurate patient positioning, operation of radiologic equipment, application of radiation safety standards, and producing diagnostic-quality images with minimal radiation exposure. The role requires independent judgment and strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and radiographic techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of X-Ray experience required
• Must be highly proficient in a hospital setting, including:
  • Emergency Room (ER)
  • Inpatient Imaging
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Operating Room (OR)
• Active ARRT Certification required
• Active BLS (AHA) certification required
• Current Radiology Tech skills checklist (within 1 year)
• Two supervisory references completed within the last 2 years
• Strong patient positioning and radiation safety knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Assignment Details:

• 13-week contract
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekends required
• No holidays required
• No call requirement
