Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Nights

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Scientist
• Department: Laboratory
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple disciplines as a Generalist
• Analyze and report accurate test results
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture as needed
• Document testing and results using EPIC/Beaker

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Generalist laboratory experience
• Active MLT (AMT) or MLS certification
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Experience working in an acute care hospital laboratory
• Familiarity with EPIC Beaker preferred
