Salary: $250,000 - $365,000+
A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Minneapolis office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, lenders, owners, and corporate occupiers across a wide range of industries.
QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school
Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota
Approximately 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents
Assist with real estate development projects and due diligence matters
Advise clients on commercial leasing, financing, and property management issues
Coordinate complex transactions involving lenders, developers, investors, and business stakeholders
Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters
Sophisticated commercial real estate practice
Diverse national and regional client base
