  • Handle kinematic compensation, volumetric accuracy troubleshooting, and overall machine condition diagnosis.
  • Service both new high-end equipment and older machines, including rebuilds.
  • Work independently on complex field issues while maintaining safety and avoiding costly mistakes.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a focus on rapid resolution and uptime.

Requirements

  • Proven CNC machine tool service experience with strong mechanical and diagnostic capabilities.

Preferred Requirements

  • Siemens control experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with 5-axis machines.
  • Advanced knowledge of kinematic compensation, volumetric accuracy, and high-precision diagnostics.
  • Ability to be dispatched independently to the most complex spindle, tolerance, or accuracy issues.

Compensation/Benefits

  • Base Salary: Flexible based on experience. Range typically $70,000–$130,000+
  • Additional Compensation: Company car or monthly car stipend, company credit card, paid off-site expenses, and per diem.
  • Benefits:
    • 401(k) with match (standard up to 3%, plus additional up to 5%).
    • Health insurance (75% employer contribution for employee, 50% for dependents).
    • PTO: Typically 2–4 weeks depending on experience (flexible to match candidate's current situation).

Location
