Location: Rhode Island (Based out of Warwick, RI)
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (1530 hours/week, depending on availability and business needs)

A Day in the Life:
- The Routine: Review project plans at our central hub, load up components, and head out to premium residential job sites.
- The Craft: Install custom cabinets, high-end closets, and architectural storage systems cleanly and efficiently.
- The Client Experience: Provide "white-glove" customer service by maintaining a spotless workspace and communicating respectfully with homeowners.
What You Bring to the Team (Requirements):
- The Experience: 3+ years of cabinetry, finish woodworking, trim carpentry, or custom remodeling experience.
- The Skills: Flawless tape-measure math, comfort reading basic layout drawings, and precise tool skills.
- The Presentation: A neat, clean appearance, professional attitude, and clear communication skills are requirements.
- The Logistics: A valid Drivers License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to the shop. (OSHA 10 is a plus, but not required).
Physical Requirements: This is an active, physical trade role. You must be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs, bending, kneeling, and safely operating standard woodworking power tools.
