$36 to $41/hour + bonuses, or roughly $66,000 to $74,000/year once benefits and bonuses are counted | Inland Empire | Full-time (40 hours per week), school year | W-2

Want a supervising OT who actually has your back? You will be paired with a dedicated supervising OTR, work at assigned schools, and be part of a real school team, not a number at a staffing agency.

Why you will love working here
  • A real team: assigned schools, a stable caseload, consistent supervising-OT support, and protected plan time.
  • Pay that grows: $36 to $41/hour to start depending on experience, with annual step increases.
  • Bonuses: a $1,500 year-end completion bonus and a $1,000 attendance bonus.
  • Time off that is actually paid: 10 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days.
  • Benefits: employer-share paid medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401k with year-end profit sharing.
  • We grow you: $300/year paid CEUs, and a $200/year supplies allowance.
  • No non-compete.
Your total compensation at a glance

  • Bonuses: $2,500/year ($1,500 year-end completion plus $1,000 attendance).
  • Employer-share paid benefits worth about $5,300/year: 50% of medical, dental, and vision; $300 CEUs; $200 supplies.
  • Total compensation value: about $41 to $46/hour, roughly $66,000 to $74,000/year once benefits and bonuses are counted.
What you will do
  • Provide skilled OT intervention to pediatric students under the direction of your supervising OTR (services provided under the OTR's license).
  • Implement treatment plans, document sessions on time, and support carryover with families and teachers.
  • Partner closely with your OTR and the school team.
Requirements:What we are looking for
  • Current California COTA license and NBCOT certification.
  • Pediatric or school experience preferred; new COTAs with a strong learning mindset are welcome.
