Summary:

Perform visual inspection, testing, programming, hand soldering, assembly, troubleshooting, repair and rework of printed circuit boards and/or other electronic devices and components to assure proper function of final product assemblies. Possible exposure to high voltages due to nature of work performed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use bills of materials, schematics, engineering documentation, test fixtures, and other electronic measurement equipment and tools to inspect, test, troubleshoot, modify, and repair electronic assemblies and components.
  • Record resulting data in ERP system and other reports.
  • May develop test fixtures and procedures applicable to a variety of test methods and equipment.
  • Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
  • Represents LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, current and former employees, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
  • Learns and practices standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management.
  • Handles confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
