Manufacturing Equipment Operator - Power Distribution Systems

Our manufacturing floor supports the power distribution products that keep industries, buildings, and communities running. We’re evaluating candidates for three production specialties—CNC Copper machining, Press Brake operation, and Komax wire processing—and will place each hire into a primary role based on strengths and business needs.

How you’ll contribute

• Translate BOMs, 2D/3D blueprints, and schematics into flawless setups and production runs
• Operate equipment such as press brakes, ERHT machines, and Komax wire processors to exact specifications
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring devices to verify tolerances
• Capture production data, complete required digital documentation, and uphold quality checks
• Maintain a safe, orderly workcell and champion EHS standards
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Growth, shifts, and pay

You’ll begin training on 1st shift to build confidence with our processes and standards. After training, you’ll move to:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.46 + $1.50 Shift Differential

What makes you a match

• Practical experience in manufacturing or production (mechanical assembly and/or machine operation)
• Strength in reading technical drawings, layouts, and documentation
• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using power/hand tools and measurement equipment
• Ability to stand for full shifts and perform physical work: reach, grasp, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English fluency for safe, accurate communication

Bonus points

• Press Brake, ERHT, or Komax machine experience
• Exposure to CNC, SAP, or lean methodologies
• Wiring/cable assembly or mechanical assembly background
• High School Diploma or equivalent
