What You’ll Do:
Assist the Sous Chef in supervising staff on quality, cost control, sanitation, and safety, as well as all food preparation and service, including banquets, EDR, buffets, pantry, and utility.  

Pay & Schedule:

  • $23.60/hour
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Start Mid-July

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years supervisory/management experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality kitchen (multi-unit a plus)
  • Skills across multiple stations
  • Strong attention to detail & teamwork
