Early Mobility Protocol to reduce ventilator days and decrease length of stay. Nurse Driven Foley Removal Protocol to decrease foley days. Managerial daily skin checks with a goal of zero HAPU. LifeLink for organ donation Management of critical drips per facility protocol (Levophed, Neosynephrine, Vasopressin, Cardene, Cardizem,Amiodarone, Propofol, Precedex, heparin, etc.) IV placement and lab draws Cardiac? we do not perform open heart? STEMI and NSTEMI? hypothermia protocol post cardiac arrest? Impella? Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump? temporary transcutaneous pacing? Swan-Ganz catheter Respiratory? ventilators? continuous CPAP/BiPAP/AVAPS? fresh trachs? we do not perform ECMO Renal? Managers will try to be flexible. Minimum 1 year experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs.
