Nanny Needed

I am looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Akron. 3 boys, ages 11, 7, and 5, although some days it will just be the younger two. Looking for someone pretty much full time, but there is some flexibility there, and we can negotiate that. Professional babysitting exp not required but morals, ethics compassion and care certainly are. Duties would include ensuring that they dont unalive themselves, making sure they eat, etc. must have reliable transportation, non smoker preferred. Must be comfortable with pets (just one dog, nothing crazy)
