Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - North Memorial Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Strong OR/surgical skills with C-Arm. - Experience with all patient populations required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - O-Arm experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Performs quality diagnostic radiological exams as ordered and may also perform other radiological procedures within scope of licensure, including EKGs and Dexa bone scans. - Works with infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Special Requests: - All RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal; RTO requests after submittal may not be honored.

Shift & Scheduling: - 8, 10, and 12-Hour Shifts - Most shifts are 8 hours, 5 days/week, Mon-Sun. - Occasional 12-hour shifts are scheduled. - The 10-hour shifts are listed to help bring the clinician to 40 hours per week. - Weekends as needed. - No call.

Previous Employment Requirements: - Clinicians MUST list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resume

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
