Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: - Advanced knowledge of neuro anatomy and specialized instrumentation. - Familiarity with emerging technologies (LITT systems, GammaTile implantation, stereotactic navigation, DBS equipment)

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 4+ years preferred.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: - Neurosurgical cases include transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, LITT (Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy), GammaTile brachytherapy implantation, deep brain stimulation (DBS), other complex cranial procedures, and complex spine procedures. - Uses LITT systems, GammaTile implantation, stereotactic navigation, and DBS equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call requirement: 10-12 call shifts per month. - Weekend requirement: call shifts only. - Holiday requirement: any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift. - All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
