Responsibilities- Master the company’s sales process through direct mentorship and shadowing experienced sales representatives.
- Welcome and assist walk-in guests and internet leads, using a relationship-first approach to understand their needs and preferences.
- Learn the features and specifications of new and pre-owned RV inventory to confidently conduct customer demonstrations and walkthroughs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads and past clients via phone, email, and social media to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure smooth transactions from initial contact to final delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Outgoing, friendly, and competitive personality with strong verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media, email, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mandatory Saturdays (dealership is closed on Sundays).
- Physically able to walk the vehicle lot and climb ladders, steps, or enter RV units as needed.
$35,000 to $85,000 per year (includes a paid training salary; first-year earners have the potential to make $50,000–$100,000 based on commission performance).
