Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, IL.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload, complete documentation according to facility and payer requirements, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Current immunizations and ability to meet facility health screening requirements.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with standardized OT assessments and restorative nursing programs preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
  • Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
  • Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Assignment type: Travel position at a skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, IL.
