Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred. Client prefers 2 years outpatient ortho experience but will consider candidates with less experience.
  • Experience using the Prompt EMR preferred.
  • Ability to manage a daily schedule of approximately 10 patients with 45-minute appointment slots.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Experience working with PT aides/techs to assist with patient transitions.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday, either 5x8s or 4x10s.
  • 45-minute patient appointments.
  • Typical patient load: approximately 10 patients per day.
  • Clinic staffing: currently 2 full-time PTs and 2 part-time PTs; PT aides/techs support patient transitions.
  • Clinic attempts to cap at 2 evaluations per day; when additional evaluations occur, a 45-minute block may be used for documentation catch-up.
  • EMR: Prompt.
