Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with general outpatient patient populations including outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro

Assignment Details

• Caseload expectation is 12 visits per day
• Patient population includes general outpatient, outpatient orthopedics including post-op and chronic pain, vestibular, external pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro including functioning stroke and balance
• Patient ages range from 10 to 90

Location Highlights

Henryetta is located along Interstate 40 about 90 miles south of Tulsa and offers access to both small-town living and regional travel. Nichols Park features a lake, walking trails, and camping areas, while Lake Eufaula is about 35 miles away for boating and fishing. Okmulgee Lake and Dripping Springs Lake are both within about 20 miles and provide hiking, kayaking, and picnic access in a quieter outdoor setting. Oklahoma City is about 110 miles west, giving travelers access to museums, dining districts, and Will Rogers World Airport for broader transit options.
